Micro BVM is compact, easy to store and easy to deploy. It saves time and resources due to its compact size, it can be stored and utilized in any setting.Read MoreWe use it providing Street medicine so whether we’re under a bridge, in an encampment, we always have what we need to save another life. We also use these on humanitarian and relief missions overseas and they allow us to do the same thing store, utilize, life-saving equipment in the most austere settings all while being reasonably priced especially when you consider its packability. Nothing Compares to the Micro BMV.

The Pocket BVM is a very compact device to providing a breathing alternative. It is lighter, and small for medics looking for a more compact kit. As a street medic, I highly recommend your product and have also recommended the community of street medics in Hk to use your products!

My teammate was shot twice and once in the head. I used your product to breath for him with a igel inserted for 48 minutes after point of wound until we finally had to call it due to severity of his injuries.Read MoreThe corotid was partially dissected and autopsy revealed there was CNS damage as well. I’d like to thank you for your product. Although the outcome wasn’t what we hoped for … my teammate didn’t die alone in drug house of a killer, but we kept him in this world long enough to get to a hospital where he left this world surrounded by people that cared and gave all that had until the end.

Having been a member of an international non-profit organization that travels and provides lifeguard training around the world, it is important that I carry the most efficient and effective medical/trauma products.Read MorePreviously, I only traveled with a pocket mask. Now, with the Micro BVM, I can provide a higher concentration of oxygen to patients than I could with a simple pocket mask. This is extremely important when treating a non-fatal drowning victim/patient.
Because my humanitarian missions consist of travelling, size is an important factor in the gear I bring. The Micro BVM not only has a smaller footprint than the typical BVM, but also has a sturdy case to protect it. This is important on the sand and in the airports where bags are not handled gently.
Another benefit of the Micro BVM is that it better withstands pressure changes associated with air travel than a CPR mask or standard BVM. CPR masks and standard BVMs have “balloon-type” mask seals that will expand/contract with changes in ambient pressure. This causes the material to stretch which thereby effects the seal on a patient’s face on ground level. The Micro BVM avoids this problem by not having an air-filled mask. As you can see, a standard BVM mask deflates over time, leading to a poorer facial seal.
As with all medical equipment, know how to use it! When someone is hypoxic, seconds matter and one must know how to open the Micro BVM fast.
In summary, I love the Micro BVM and recommend it to everyone in the first responder realm. Its higher price is worth it just in its size and durability. This should be required for all medical personnel who travel on aircraft with medical equipment or practice at high altitudes.
Thank you for making a great product,
A grateful customer

My name is Cristian Román, I am a paramedic in the EMS of Toluca, State of México. On May 23, my partner and I went to the first call of day. The radio control only reported that there was a person unconscious.Read MoreUpon arriving at the shopping center, we found a male about 65 years old suffering from a cardiac arrest. We immediately started the chest compressions and it was then that I opened and used my Pocket BVM. I was very surprised by the ease of use of the device and how quickly it assembled. The Pocket BVM fits perfectly in any compartment of the trauma bag. To start CPR, we asked for help from an advanced unit that arrived with a physician and continued with the maneuvers. The patient recovered from the cardiac arrest but unfortunately later passed away.

I am an instructor of recreational SCUBA and diving first aid in the United Kingdom. Having used the Pocket BVM and the Pocket BVM with 02 tubing for training in both the classroom and onsite, I am convinced that they have a place in diving resuscitation.Read MoreTraditional BVMs are not covered in our protocol as they are too bulky and too fragile to be available and functional when required in a UK diving emergency and therefore the Pocket BVM offers a superior alternative to a pocket mask for oxygen enriched rescue breaths. I recommend them to local sub-aqua clubs to be included in their oxygen first aid kit.

I have been a paramedic for over 15 years and I am deeply familiar with all of the emergency equipment on the market. Today I function as a stand by First Responder.
After trying out various BVMs, I adopted the Pocket BVM as my BVM of choice.Read MoreThe main advantage of the Pocket BVM is its size- it is about a quarter of the size of a standard BVM, and as such it easily fits into my emergency kit and into my vest pocket. On several occasions when there were multiple casualties, I threw a Pocket BVM to a fellow paramedic that need it. This can’t be done with any other BVM!
The Pocket BVM is a top-quality product that has never let me down. It is made from high grade silicone and is 100% dependable.
I carry my emergency kit with me at all times and it of course includes a Pocket BVM. Attached are pictures of a resuscitation I performed using the Pocket BVM. The system is quick and easy to set up, it has a textured surface that reduces hand fatigue, and overall has a very ergonomic design.
I highly recommend the Pocket BVM to any paramedic or doctor for whom space is a first priority.

To whom it may concern,
We flew from TLV to BRU with ELAL and as you probably are aware, there was a passenger on board that lost consciousness and went into arrest.Read More
I was called by the family to quickly come check on her, as you may know, I am part of Hatzalah for about 20 years and coordinator of Hatzalah in Antwerp as well.
Right away the situation was properly identified and I requested the crew member to bring me their medical equipment on board.
Along with 2 more passengers trained in First aid we administered the correct procedural CPR guidelines.
The reason for my email is actually for 3 reasons.
First reason, the crew, they were calm cool, collective and very on top of their game. The team leader(and the rest) was not only helpful but truly professional and in my years of experience, rare to find someone with such common sense during a chaotic moment.
Second reason: The medical equipment on board. Well put together, adequate equipment, thought out and complete. I was especially impressed with the up to date latest innovative design of BVM (the Pocket bag-valve-mask by MicroBVM) that was in the kit. This new innovation created by Israeli Paramedics is not only compact but easy to use and rugged. The only thing I would recommend is an extra set of AED (defibrillator ) pads and a longer lasting O2 (oxygen) tank that can deliver more than 4 liters/min.
Third reason: the pilot. His record timing to bring us back to TLV was commendable and incredible. This surely improved our chain of survival and the ability to keep up the CPR during right until the ground medical team took over.
The patient arrived against all odds to the hospital with a pulse. This shows the effectiveness of our collective and effective CPR.
Unfortunately the patient did not survive and passed away later at the hospital, but the family can definitely make peace with the fact that even at 7000ft, their mother received the best possible care and hand in hand, pilot, crew and us acted professionally and diligently.
Thank you ELAL for proving once again that you care, but you literally travel that extra mile!
